●Continuous hot air tempering furnace (mesh belt furnace), also called conveyor belt type electric control tempering furnace (mesh belt furnace), uses an imported PID intelligent temperature controller and a fully automatic control system. It can set any temperature within 500°C according to the process requirements; the temperature control accuracy is ±3°C; it has a hot air stirring device; the furnace temperature is accurate and balanced; and the quality of the tempered workpiece is steady and dependable.
Stepless speed regulation ensures smooth operation of the stainless steel mesh belt. Continuous automated operation can significantly lower work intensity and increase labor productivity.
